Keith A John is a Senior Instructor at the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) where he teaches courses in Social Studies ( Primary and Secondary Specialization ) and Education. He has been in the Teacher Education field for approximately twenty four (24) years, working with School Supervision and Curriculum to create and facilitate the implementation of the Social Studies Curriculum in Primary Schools, then with Valsayn Teachers College and The University of Trinidad and Tobago.
He has been a member of TTATE since its inception.
As a Teacher Educator, apart from Social Studies, he has taught such courses as Sociology of Education, Foundations of Education, Classroom Management, Practicum, Contemporary Issues in Education, Caribbean Politics and Research Methods and History of Education.
His research interests are Education Policy, Education Leadership and Trust in Education Institutions.
His post graduate professional qualifications include an MEd and MSc (UWI)
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Education at the University of Trinidad and Tobago.
